Meet the passion behind the juice…
Juice Right is owned and operated by Oodie Garretson, a 34-year-old entrepreneur born in San Diego, California. Oodie’s connection to Zadar, Croatia runs deep—his grandfather was born and raised in the nearby village of Skabrnja. In 2008, while playing football in Zagreb, Oodie obtained his dual citizenship, further strengthening his bond to his Croatian roots.
After years of perfecting the art of cold-pressed juice in Southern California, Oodie felt a calling to return to the region where his family’s story began. In 2023, he made the decision to relocate to Zadar and open a raw cold-pressed juice company, bringing his passion for healthy, fresh juices back to the heart of his heritage.
Oodie’s journey with cold-pressed juice began in 2014, and after years of experience, he opened the first Juice Right location in Solana Beach, California, in the summer of 2018. Since then, he has been dedicated to offering the public a healthier, more vibrant way to enjoy natural juice, and he’s excited to continue that mission in his new home.
